About Rocio
Hi! I work as a hypopressive and pilates instructor. I am currently studying with Peak Pilates to expand my knowledge of ground and study Pilates. Before focusing on wellness, I worked as a personal trainer guiding weight room and home workouts.

When guiding a class I always take into account the level and physical condition of the people I am with. Normally, my classes are individual or in very small groups (maximum 5 people) since both pilates and hypopressives need personalized assistance.
