Excellent! he is a good teacher. But needs to know the human body better for older people. Maybe youngster can do his level of fitness. But people at 45 cant do wrist pushups in the first class.. would advise you to do a S&C course to understand anatomy and various population groups that you teach fitness too. Otherwise a cool dude whom I would do a class with when I am 22 years old...
