About Rini
I am a committed ESL tutor with 12 years of experience helping high school and college students learn English. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I always aim to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, helping them improve step by step.
This experience has helped me become a patient and understanding teacher. A major milestone in my journey has been helping students gain confidence in speaking English. Many of them have improved their communication skills and academic performance.
My teaching approach is simple, interactive, and encouraging. I create a comfortable environment where students feel motivated to learn. My goal is to help students grow and succeed in their English learning journey.

My teaching methodology for ESL is centered on helping students become confident and independent users of English. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons practical and easy to understand.
This allows students to connect their learning with real-world communication. I focus on motivation by encouraging students and creating a positive learning environment. I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life exercises to improve communication skills.
I follow integrity by giving honest feedback and guiding students clearly. I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons based on each student’s learning style, pace, and goals. Besides ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills to help students achieve fluency.
