About Aster
Hello! My name is Aster! I was a perfect scoring AP Literature student in high school and earned top grades for my analyses, essays and exams. I excel at critically analyzing poetry specifically and am an aspiring poet myself! I wish to spread my knowledge with those that are hungry to know more about poetry and writing.

I use creative and interactive poetry teaching methods including but not limited to reading and analysing published poets, creating imitation pieces and blackout poetry. I will also utilise a plan consisting of lessons regarding understanding poetry structure, types of poems, the history and culture behind poetry, figurative language and poetic devices and more. My lessons are for beginner to intermediate hobbyists who want to get started with or improve their poetry writing.
