• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Graphic Design, VFX, and UI/UX are incredibly dynamic fields that bridge artistry with technology. Growing up in a digital age, I was captivated by the power of visuals to convey messages and evoke emotions. My academic journey, obtaining a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and later a Master's in 3D Animation, solidified my interest. It's the perfect blend of creativity and technology that fuels my passion for these subjects.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation to teach stems from the belief that knowledge should be shared and nurtured. Having excelled in these domains, I find joy in guiding aspiring designers to unlock their potential. Seeing my students grasp complex concepts and witnessing their creativity flourish is a truly rewarding experience. Teaching allows me to contribute to a community of skilled and imaginative individuals.

• How does your work help society?

  By imparting knowledge and skills in Graphic Design, VFX, and UI/UX, I empower individuals to contribute to the digital landscape. Effective design and user experiences play a significant role in modern society, shaping how people interact with technology and information. Equipping students with the ability to create compelling designs and seamless user interfaces contributes to a more engaging and accessible world.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I look up to Steve Jobs for his profound impact on the tech industry and design philosophy. His relentless pursuit of perfection and emphasis on user-centric design resonate with my approach to teaching. Jobs revolutionized the way we interact with technology through intuitive design, and I aspire to instill similar principles in my students.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside of teaching, I'm an avid football player and a passionate E-sports gamer. Sports keep me physically active and mentally refreshed. Gaming not only entertains me but also offers a platform to appreciate the artistry and design that goes into creating virtual worlds.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One of my most memorable moments was witnessing a struggling student grasp a complex VFX concept after persistent effort and guidance. The sheer excitement and pride on their face when they saw their first successful animation were truly priceless. It reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education and the importance of patience and mentorship in a student's journey.
