Biodynamic produce is the pinnacle of flavour and nutrition—but it’s often beyond commercial reach. That eye‑opening moment opened my eyes to how ordinary, mass‑produced food pales in comparison. Now, with over 25 years’ experience in fine‑dining, commercial kitchens, pubs, and private settings, I’m here to help you do the same—with real ingredients you can actually access. In my classes, you’ll rediscover the excitement of cooking. We’ll learn playful experimentation, plus practical batch‑cooking so wholesome meals are always ready when you’re after flavour without fuss. Expect a casual, insightful kitchen space where confidence grows with every dish—and where you'll feel empowered to cook better than anything off the high street, straight from your own home.
