Conheci o Thiago durante um período vivendo fora do Brasil. Ele iniciou um curso focado em desenvolvimento pessoal, meditação e mindfulness. O plano do curso seguia temas específicos de debates os quais ele era o mediador e todos os participantes tinham voz ativa. Logo após, um momento de meditação para clarearmos as ideias postas na mesa.
Todos os encontros fluiram com facilidade e os temas escolhidos seguiam uma logica pertinente, e o meu crescimento pessoal e dos meus colegas era evidente ao final do curso.
