About Samridhi
I have mentored and coached university students to be better at public speaking, and helped adults understand their emotions.
We live in an age where more and more people seem to be disconnected to their emotions. We are told how to feel by media. We need to learn to pay attention to our emotions, understand how our assumptions have shaped our lives, and learn to think deliberately about situations to fully understand and connect with other people. I may be able to help. People tend to say that I can be brutally honest—I try to be tactful, but I won’t lie. This can only work if 1) you’re committed to personal development and, 2) if we’re the right fit for each other.

I ask a lot of questions. Are you prepared to answer them? I use a combination of the Gestalt Approach and the Person-centered Approach. I will not tell you what to do because that increases your dependency. Instead, I will ask you questions to make you think about the situation from multiple perspectives and then, we will discuss the best way forward to help you learn how to do it yourself. I may use examples of my own struggles to illustrate some perspectives as well. As a personal development coach, my aim is for you to be a confident, self-reflective and successful individual.
