About Laura
I have lived non-conformity with myself in my own skin, I have dealt with problems of self-rejection, not only for myself but also in my family environment for a long time. My specialty as a personal trainer is to take anyone determined to commit with perseverance to achieve the goals they want.
I have had continuous training in different methods of personal training and I fully trust that there is an effective method for everyone.
