"Today, we're focusing on upper body strength training! We'll be doing a circuit of exercises that target your chest, back, and shoulders. Let's start with push-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps. Next up, we'll move on to lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 15 reps. Finally, we'll finish with shoulder presses: 3 sets of 10 reps. Remember to focus on proper form and take breaks as needed.
