Understanding human biomechanics is something that fascinates me. The body is an incredible structure, that if used correctly, can demonstrate massive amounts of strength and flexibility. We are all capable of so much more, and this inspires me to share the principles of fitness that have changed my life.

That means using training modalities that can suit people from all walks of life, whether you are extremely busy and short on time, or you are looking to become advanced in your training. I have experimented with many different protocols and have discovered common principles that govern health and fitness. I use a principle-based approach to ensure students receive maximum efficiency and efficacy.
