About Anita
I AM Anita Wana a Facilitator,Personal Trainer and a former Education assistant. I choose to be a teacher personal trainer because I saw how our life style affects our bodies and health in a bad way so by me teaching and training I believe I am raising awareness on obesity issue we face in this day and age form all age groups and also encourage daily exercises to tone the body and to stay haealthy Ibelieve being fit healthy and in shape builds character and good attitudes.
