It has always been a dream of mine to put my passion for fitness and training to use in changing as many lives as possible all over the world. I have immersed myself in the fitness industry over the past 10 years from both physical and scientific standpoints and believe my expertise and experience will be a benefit to helping you reach your goals. She’s attentive and helps guide you in other aspects of your fitness journey (nutrition and moving more outside our sessions) utilizing all the resources at her disposal. She also takes in feedback on what workouts you enjoy and don’t enjoy and tailors her approach accordingly. She’s flexible with her times and is very understanding when it comes to unexpected injuries that arise outside of our workouts.

Julia is a passionate and energetic trainer, who takes pride in seeing the improvement of her clients. She's very knowledgeable, and her passion rubs off on her clients. She puts great care and pays attention to the finest details when creating workout plans and diets, and is very flexible and open to changes to best suit her clients and help them achieve their goals.
She is genuinely knowledgeable regarding her craft, which is quite rare to come across in this particular industry. Above that, she is a trainer that actually "walks" in this game, in the sense that every time I'd step into the gym she would be in the trenches putting in work. Also disciplined and dedicated with her nutrition, which is another rare quality amongst trainers.
