About Abhishek
I have been a personal trainer for 6years of which, 3 yrs was spent as an assistant exercise referralist at St. Charles hospital, where I have worked with people with pulmonary condition to semi-pro footballers. I am punctual, straight forward and easy to talk to (I know the last two is a contradiction but it's true) .

If you are just starting out in your fitness journey I am able to help you get a jump start on your journey. We will initially have a session were we go over what you goals are I will help you separate them in to small achievable goals.
- initial session are free (Goal setting + discussion [15 mins] 45mins of practical training.
- If you decide to train with me our sessions normally consist of
10 mins - Warm-up
45 mins - training
5 mins - cool-down
Promise not just waste your time buy making you run unless that is you goal.
Qualification:
- REPS level 3 - Personal training
- ITEC level 3 - Sports massage
Who are my lessons for?
- Any one willing to put in effort.
- Have worked with people of all condition and age, if it s condition I am not familiar with I personally will refer you to someone else.
