About Tuguldur
As an avid STEM and languages enthusiast, I'm passionate about making acing your exams more approachable. I aim to make learning French efficient, enjoyable and far less daunting—GCSEs are stressful enough! I’ve done extensive research into effective study techniques and love sharing what’s worked for me at GCSE and A-Level to help others feel confident and supported. Above all, I hope to foster an environment that's less overwhelming than the typical classroom environment where students might not feel entirely comfortable approaching their teachers directly for help/advice.

I tutor GCSE French students of all abilities who are preparing for their exams or simply want to build confidence in the subject! As a current A-Level student studying French, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, I bring a relatable and student-focused perspective to tutoring. I offer 30-minute to 1-hour lessons tailored to the student's specific needs, focusing on the areas the student wants to improve most—whether that’s reading, listening, writing, speaking or grammar. I adapt each lesson based on the student's strengths, weak points and learning style and place a strong emphasis on exam style questions and daily practice of the core skills. For example: Listening: I use clips and transcripts from GCSE-style listening activities to help with understanding spoken French in context. Reading: We work through past paper questions to improve comprehension and vocabulary. Writing: I help build fluency through guided writing, with regular feedback and tips for exam success. Qualifications and Experience I achieved Grade 9s across the board at GCSE, including in French, and I have experience tutoring my younger cousins in various subjects (of course including French!). As someone who recently completed the GCSE French course, I’m very familiar with the current exam format and the kinds of challenges students face. I can offer practical tips and exam techniques that helped me succeed!
