My teaching method is based on your unique needs as a learner and individual. Depending on the subject I hold sessions of various therapy exercises along with coaching and tracking progress along the way! As a teacher I will work out the best way you learn and approach numerous topics in a way that leaves with the skills to continue on with confidence on your own. My goal is for you to leave with the ability to successfully create and accomplish goals on your own.
