I am a certified 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga teacher offering personalized private yoga sessions for beginners, intermediate, and experienced practitioners. My teaching combines traditional yoga with mindful movement, breath awareness, mobility, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve posture, increase flexibility, build core strength, recover from long hours of sitting, or deepen your yoga practice, I tailor every lesson to your individual needs and pace.
