About Felipe
I am a foreign language student who loves science, I have taught for 2 years both in Colombia and abroad, the area of chemistry. I worked as a chemistry teacher assistant and laboratory manager at the school Colegio Alas in Cali, as a volunteer chemistry and biology teacher at the EduChange project in Mirano - Italy; and as a private chemistry teacher in the city of Cali.

My methodology is focused on the understanding of the subject instead of simply memorization: I use graphics, thought experiments, animated presentations, everyday examples, among others, to clarify those concepts that cost so much when are only explained in words. In my classes I seek that the student is the one who participates and helps me to reach together the answer we are looking for, and to be able to understand the fascinating world that science offers us. I am aware of the different skills and tastes that a student can have, therefore I am flexible to adapt my method and adjust it to the strengths and weaknesses of the student. My classes are aimed at all those students who think that chemistry is very difficult, those who do not understand mathematics or even those who already love these subjects, but want to learn even more about them.
