My focus is on strong content and exam technique. I like to think I bring history alive. Lessons are tailored to individual needs - which will focus on revision techniques, exam technique, essay writing practice, source analysis. I have taught students from Yr7 upwards. But my expertise is with GCSE, A level/IB students; I was lead for coursework, and sixth form tutor. Because I have supervised BA History dissertations I can also help there. A typical lesson will be around 1 hr 15mins, to enable interaction and discussion. I have particular experience with Tudors/Elizabeth I; Modern Russia; Luther and The Reformation; Cold War; Arab Israeli Crisis, and more.
