Hi! My name is Emily. I’m a recent graduate of the University of York and I attend the University of Manchester, studying towards my PGCE in French and German. I have worked in high schools (in England and France) in the past and I have had success as a tutor in the past, helping students gain 2+ grades in their GCSEs. I typically work over Zoom and I am able to cater the lessons to the student's learning style. I understand that language learning isn’t for everyone but hopefully I can help make it more enjoyable! I’m happy for an in-depth consultation and to answer any questions and queries!

Emily is a flexible and patient teacher, who always prioritises the pedagogical and emotional needs of her students . She has a deep grasp of her subject with near native fluency in French. Choose Emily if you want your French to be better than Celine Dion.
Emily helped my son go from a 3 to a 6 in his GCSE this summer. I cannot recommend her enough, she always went above and beyond for my son by making sure the lesson worked for him and altering activities to fit his style.
