About Daniel
I recently completed a master's degree in chemistry at The University of Oxford, and have just begun a PhD in chemistry at Imperial College London. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about all aspects of chemistry, and am now looking forward to beginning a career in research. My research is aimed at developing a system for reducing carbon dioxide from our atmosphere, and enabling it as a useful synthetic starting block towards pharmaceutical products. I am very interested in teaching, and am excited to help others succeed at this fascinating subject, at any level. I am new to private tutoring, but from working in a lab I have plenty of experience in helping people solve problems, and helping improve their understanding. I worked closely with my peers throughout my undergraduate degree in chemistry, where our understanding and ability grew through discussion and use of examples. I am looking forward to applying these skills to help students. I'm a very relaxed person, and I look forward to getting to know my students in order to tailor my teaching to a style that suits them.
