About Ghias
Hello, I’m Ghias. I'm a PhD candidate in Social Anthropology at SOAS University of London, with over 10 years of university teaching experience across the UK and internationally.
I’ve taught and designed undergraduate courses in anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, and social theory, and currently work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at SOAS, where I lead seminars and support students in developing their academic writing and research projects.
Alongside my academic work, I have extensive experience in behavioural studies and qualitative research, with a focus on how people understand culture, society, and everyday life. This allows me to support students not just with subject knowledge, but with the skills that actually improve grades: clear argumentation, critical thinking, and strong essay structure.
I specialise in helping students make real, measurable progress in their writing and analytical skills whether they are preparing for exams, coursework, or dissertations.
