About RAHUL
Hello! I am Rahul Kumar, a PhD in Chemistry from Queen's University, Canada, and an IIT-JEE Advanced qualified educator with over 8 years of teaching experience.
I specialize in teaching Chemistry to students preparing for IIT-JEE, NEET, CBSE, MCAT, EDEXCEL, ISC, IB, AP, and A-Level examinations, as well as undergraduate university courses. Over the years, I have helped students develop strong conceptual understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and achieve academic success in Chemistry.
My academic journey includes a BS-MS Dual Degree in Chemistry from IISER Kolkata, where I graduated with a CGPA of 8.9/10 and ranked among the top students in my department. I have also served as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's University and IISER Kolkata, guiding undergraduate students in both theory and laboratory courses.
In addition to teaching, I have worked as a Development Scientist in Canada on advanced materials, batteries, and energy storage technologies. This industry experience allows me to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications, making Chemistry more engaging and meaningful for students.
My teaching philosophy is simple: understand first, memorize later. I focus on building strong fundamentals, developing analytical thinking, and helping students gain confidence in tackling challenging problems. Every lesson is tailored to the student's learning style, goals, and pace.
