About Mumal
I am a psychology and mental wellness professional dedicated to helping individuals understand their emotions, manage stress, and build healthier thought patterns. With a strong interest in applied psychology and human behavior, I focus on making psychological concepts simple, practical, and useful in everyday life.
My work includes guiding students and individuals through emotional challenges, academic stress, low confidence, overthinking, and burnout using evidence-based psychological approaches. I believe mental wellness should be accessible, relatable, and free from judgment, which is reflected in my supportive and empathetic style of interaction.
