About Faiq Miftakhul
With over a decade of academic and professional experience in computer science, I bring both deep knowledge and practical skills to my lessons. I hold a PhD in Computer Science and currently work as a Data Scientist, applying Python every day to solve real-world problems in data analysis, machine learning, and automation. I believe that programming is best learned by doing. My teaching method combines clear explanations of concepts with plenty of hands-on practice. I use real-world examples, exercises, and small projects to ensure that students not only understand the theory but also know how to apply it in practical situations.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of the previous topic, followed by a clear explanation of the new concept. After that, students practice with guided exercises, gradually moving toward solving problems on their own. I often integrate mini-projects, such as building a calculator, analyzing data, or creating simple games, to keep learning engaging and goal-oriented.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my academic and professional background. I hold a PhD in Computer Science and work daily with Python for data analysis, machine learning, and real-world problem solving. This allows me to connect lessons with both academic depth and industry relevance. I also adapt my approach to each student’s needs, whether they prefer structured lessons or project-based learning.
