I cater directly to the student's needs and abilities. Lesson plans are typically based on current homework assignments and class lessons. This has proven to be effective in nearly every situation. I have found that an effective tutor must be able to explain concepts in more than one manner. Students will then be expected to demonstrate competence by explaining how to do problems.
