My tutoring approach is student-focused and flexible. I adapt my teaching style to match the learner’s pace, background, and goals, using clear explanations, real-life examples, and step-by-step problem solving to make complex concepts easier to understand. I encourage questions and interactive discussions to ensure students feel confident and engaged throughout the lesson.
A typical session runs for 1–2 hours, depending on the topic and the student’s needs. I find this length provides enough time to explore the material in depth while also allowing practice and clarification of key points.
I hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in Engineering, with over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience at tertiary level. This background allows me to support learners at different stages, from secondary school students strengthening their foundations in Maths and Physics to undergraduate students tackling advanced engineering and science courses.
My goal is to not only prepare students for exams or assignments, but also to build their long-term problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, and confidence in applying knowledge beyond the classroom.
