About Azmeer
I am a PhD graduate in mathematics
Apart from doing research work, I am often employed as a university tutor and
I am a PhD graduate in mathematics with specialization in dynamical system theory and topological data analysis. I possess two-years experience as a postdoctoral researcher and have authored eight articles in high-ranking academic journals up to date. Apart from research work, I am often employed as a university tutor to assist undergraduate students in calculus and linear algebra courses.
With my research and teaching experiences, I can provide service in the following aspects:
■ tutor math courses, from high school to university levels,
■ provide help in math assignments, and
■ anything related to academic courses.
I am proficient in the following courses: calculus, linear algebra, probability and statistics, real and complex analysis, differential equations, abstract algebra, topology, dynamical systems, functional analysis and measure theory. The list is not necessarily exhaustive.
Above all, I really enjoy teaching math subjects. Seeing students succeed brings immense satisfaction to myself as an educator and a fellow mathematician. I am longing to be a lecturer in a prestigious university, but no luck so far.

Before any tutoring session, I will request relevant materials, such as textbooks and lecture notes, to familiarize with the topics and prepare myself for any inquiry. During the online session, we will go through the materials with the help of visualizer. Specifically, I will use the visualizer as a whiteboard to explain the concepts and demonstrate examples. Sometimes, I will provide note after the lesson for future reference. This is just a glimpse into my teaching method, but it still depends on your task and request.
