I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. Do tutoring, mentoring or student achievement. The landscape of learning is just as varied as each learner. I also believe in aligning a learner's prior background and prior knowledge with new information. That way, students feel the inherent pride of achievements and self-assuredness.
