About Paula
I am a Political Analyst, Researcher, and University Professor with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of public policy, gender equality, and social sciences. I hold an advanced degree in Political Science and am currently completing my PhD dissertation on local public policies and citizen learning at the National University of Rosario, Argentina. I have designed and facilitated online training programs for government officials, mentored undergraduate students through thesis development, and published academic work on democracy, human rights, and political theory.
