My methodology depends on the Experiential Learning Cycle. Every student has a different learning style and learns best with some particular measure. For example, a few students learn best when they are more exposed to concrete experience ; they like understand the material through their senses (look, touch, smell, listen). Its best for them that the material of learning is practical and tangible. For a reflective learner notes, books and ppts works best. For an abstract learner notes, ppts, logical maps, charts and equations may work. For a creative learner the best way of learning would be application based solving of worksheets. My content is tailor made and individualized to create a goodness of fit for every student.
This teaching methodology benefits all kinds of learners, from pre-primary till the highest degree of Education.
I am a qualified teacher as well as a trainer.
Being an extroverted person I am super interactive and fun. I relate with students and understand their journey. As a guidance Counselor I also do career mapping.
