About Aaron
I am a PhD scientist with over 30 years of professional experience as an engineer, meteorologist, and business owner. During this time, I have mentored and taught my direct reports and always emphasized education and career growth. While completing my graduate degrees, I also worked as a teaching assistant and lecturer. While working on my doctorate degree, I worked at a Central European university as a visiting scholar. I have presented at career days for elementary schools, and at atmospheric science presentations up to the middle school levels (in-person and online).

My teaching philosophy is based on establishing the fundamentals and building from there. Each lesson/session will be structured around the student's needs and specific material to be covered. I have experience as a teaching assistant and lecturer at the undergraduate and grad school levels.
During my professional career, I have mentored and taught other professionals, as well as appeared on national TV and cable. I am willing to work with students at any level, as long as they want to be there to learn.
