About Dhanesha
By profession, I'm a University Lecturer, (currently reading for my PhD) and with six years of teaching experience, I can easily understand the capacity of individual students to decide the best teaching approach and pace to make the student comfortable in the subject. Every student is capable and talented in his or her own way. Therefore, never compare any student with someone else, and just change my teaching strategies to make the student enjoy the subject. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, specializing in biology and my Master of Science degree in Plant Biology with a first class pass. I've worked as a Associate Lecturer, Visiting Lecturer and a Lecturer at different universities in Sri Lanka. I usually follow the simplest way to explain the subject facts, as if the student is confident in the basics of the subject, he/she can easily pick up the advanced facts.
