About Irene
I have been teaching for more than 8 years in different areas of education, I have experience teaching children from 3 to 65 years old, adapting the content and teaching technique to each age group, as well as coordinating and organizing work groups. In recent years I have gained experience in the coordination and implementation of working groups and in the development of different educational projects. I like to work in teams and in dynamic environments where the educational proposal is creative and enriches me on a personal level.

My way of working is very versatile depending on the person/s with whom I work. I adapt the techniques, exercises and dynamics according to the objective of the class. I stand out for being as personalized as possible and critical about my own work.
At the same time I do not see physical activity as something merely aesthetic or physical health, but as an integral wellness of people's health, where the musculoskeletal, psychological and emotional aspects are involved.

Irene es una profesora muy dedicada con sus alumnos. Siempre está atenta a innovar, a que no nos lastimemos con malas posiciones y a que logremos aquello que estamos buscando: ya sea llegar a hacer posiciones de acro como tonificarnos :)
