About Angela
I am a Colombian traveler, an anthropology student, whose life path has led her to explore physical and mental well-being practices in order to build and understand myself as a being with the ability to pursue her dreams and face the difficulties of life.
I have practiced swimming, volleyball, Aikido, gymnastics and for the last 4 years I have found a place of well-being and security in my astanga yoga and pilates practices.
After more than 10 years of practicing sports, I believe that the ability to move safely and strongly has been a great source of confidence, peace of mind and well-being in my life in general and I am passionate about being able to share this knowledge, raise awareness about the importance of physical and mental health and being able to guide you on this path of seeking well-being and self-knowledge.
