About Nate
I am a graduate student in my clinical year of PA school. I went to Penn State for my undergraduate degree where I studied Kinesiology (movement science). This degree gave me a strong foundation in human anatomy, and when I started my master's degree, my knowledge of anatomy grew further.
While at Penn State, I also worked part time as a Spanish tutor. I have always loved teaching and I have ~2 years experience helping others solidify material that they are struggling with.

Anatomy and physiology are tough subjects! When I was first learning these concepts, it was helpful to draw out diagrams of the various body systems and make mnemonics. For learning the names of different structures within the body, flash cards have also been helpful for me.
Although these are some techniques that I've used for myself, I understand that everyone learns in different ways, and I want to make sure that I'm matching my teaching style to fit each person's individual needs.
