About Patrycja
Having both tutored students in maths and physics at GCSE level for a few years now and being a physics student myself at university I feel confident in my ability to explain key concepts and delve into more niche aspects of the curriculum to ensure understanding. I am also very familiar with the exam marking methods so in my lessons I can also teach in a way suitable as exam preparation. I am also able to update my knowledge on current curriculums and exam techniques based on the needs and year of study of my pupil as additional exam aid.

Depending on the needs of my students (I am able to teach below university levels of physics) I most commonly focus on either example question work in areas they struggle in or in explanation of concepts in further depth than learnt in classrooms. This provides a more coherent understanding of the subject, I have found that this makes the subject feel more intuitive for my students and overall improves their knowledge as much of physics relates to real world applications which may be naturally intuitive to them already. My lessons can be varied in length to suit the needs or schedule of my student.

Patrycja was my daughters tutor for her maths GCSE and she helped her from a predicted 5 to receive a grade 7 in her final exam. She was a great help and I could not recommend her more.
Patrycja tutored me with my maths A Levels where I was struggling with stats. She’s very patient and finds creative and relatable ways to understand complex concepts. It helped me so much!!
