About Demi
My passion for physics began with curiosity about how the physical world operates. I earned an M.Sc in Physics, where I developed strong analytical and conceptual skills. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped students overcome hesitation and build confidence through structured explanation and encouragement.
I value patience and clarity in teaching. My approach adapts to each learner’s pace, ensuring they feel supported while engaging with challenging concepts. I focus on building understanding rather than rote learning.
Outside the classroom, I stay connected with physics through continuous study and exploration. Teaching physics is meaningful because I see students grow in confidence and curiosity. Helping learners understand the logic of the natural world is deeply fulfilling.

Physics lessons are structured to help students understand natural phenomena through clear reasoning and gradual concept-building. I focus on mechanics, energy, motion, waves, electricity, and basic modern physics using intuitive explanations and real-life examples. Each lesson aims to reduce fear of formulae by first building conceptual clarity.
As students advance, lessons emphasise mathematical application, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented strategies. Learners practise multi-step problems, diagram interpretation, and logical derivations. I guide students in developing accuracy, consistency, and confidence through guided practice and thoughtful feedback.
