About Autumn

My passion for physics stems from an early curiosity about the natural laws governing motion, energy, and the universe. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics followed by an M.Sc in Astrophysics, which provided both rigorous analytical training and exposure to advanced concepts. Over the past 7 years, I have taught learners at different levels, helping them convert initial uncertainty into clarity, skill, and confidence. My teaching emphasizes conceptual understanding, hands-on learning, and analytical thinking, encouraging students to explore ideas independently and meaningfully.

I create lessons that are adaptive, interactive, and engaging, incorporating experiments, stepwise explanations, visualizations, and real-world examples. I encourage questioning, exploration, and critical reasoning to foster deep comprehension and long-term retention.

Outside the classroom, I remain actively engaged with research, simulations, and scientific reading. Integrating these experiences into lessons enriches understanding and demonstrates the practical relevance of physics. Teaching is highly rewarding because I witness students develop both mastery and curiosity, transforming their approach to learning and gaining confidence, analytical skills, and a deep appreciation for the subject.

Physics is most exciting when students understand not just equations but the concepts and principles they represent. My lessons focus on breaking down complex topics such as classical mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, waves, and modern physics into clear, understandable steps. I emphasize hands-on application, problem-solving, and conceptual discussion to ensure learners develop deep understanding alongside analytical skills. Each lesson encourages curiosity, independent exploration, and confidence in reasoning, creating a learning environment where students can connect abstract concepts to observable phenomena and real-world examples.

Beginners are introduced to fundamental laws, measurement techniques, basic problem-solving, and simple experiments, establishing a strong foundation. Intermediate learners explore multi-step calculations, graphical analysis, lab simulations, circuit theory, and applied problem-solving to enhance understanding and skill. Advanced learners engage in derivations, theoretical modeling, experimental interpretation, and analysis of modern physics concepts, deepening both intellectual curiosity and mastery. Each session integrates guided exercises, discussion, and reflective practice for reinforced learning and confidence.

Physics lessons also develop critical thinking, observation, and systematic reasoning. Students gain the ability to predict outcomes, analyze data, and approach challenges methodically. Many find joy in understanding the forces and principles that govern the natural world. My goal is to create a supportive, inspiring environment where learners acquire conceptual mastery, analytical skills, and confidence, enabling them to succeed academically and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the elegance and relevance of physics.
