About Tom
I have 4 years of experience as a secondary school science teacher which means I have taught a wide range of abilities and needs. I understand the importance of adapting the way I teach and ensuring all students are ready to take on their exams and I can do this using the extensive resources I have built up over my years of teaching.
I have previously taught: AQA and OCR A-Level and AS-Level Physics, AQA GCSE Physics and Combined Science, BTEC Applied Science and can also help with IGCSE and International Baccalaureate exams if required.
Additionally I have experience marking GCSE papers for AQA so have an extensive knowledge of what the exam boards are looking for and a background in Engineering which I can place the subject in a real world context.

I offer online classes which are based around student needs. This means that your time will be used to focus on the things that you need to work on, whether that is building up subject knowledge, practising core skills or fine-tuning for the last few marks. I have found that students that are able to focus on their key weaknesses are the ones that make the most progress. Therefore, lesson time will be focused on what you require and how to improve.
