I'm Dr. S. Jeevika. Pursuing my career as a physiotherapist. As much I'm an athlete, I'm also a very good reader in a very creative manner.
What I believe about reading is it expands your vocabulary, it improves your focus, memory skills, and self-esteem. But it also helps you alleviate stress and become more emphatic, ingredients that can assure your academic success. I'd like to share more socially as we connect here on superprof.

To improve students' reading comprehension, teachers should introduce the seven cognitive strategies of effective readers: activating, inferring, monitoring-clarifying, questioning, searching-selecting, summarizing, and visualizing-organizing. The best reading techniques are the SQ3R technique, skimming, scanning, active reading, detailed reading, and structure-proposition-evaluation.
