About Katarina
I first started playing the piano when I was 9 years old. In my family, there was a long line of piano players and musical talent that ran through generations.
Since then I have attended many competitions in Piano playing, Music Theory, Solfeggio and Music Form, and won several prizes.
I had my first student when I was 15 years old -I was teaching them rhythm, how to read in G and F key, and how to understand the basics of Music Theory. Since then I have worked with many students that needed assistance and guidance in preparing their entrance exams for middle school and college.
For a brief period I worked in a Children's Choir as a Music Associate.
In 2016 I got my Master's Degree in Music Theory and Music Pedagogy with a thesis in cooperation between the singers, the conductor, and the parents.
In 2017 I started teaching adults as well who mastered how to play their favorite songs, and improved their playing technique while simultaneously nurturing their talent and improving their rhythm and hearing abilities.
