About Tina
My passion for piano began from a fascination with harmony, melody, and expressive performance during childhood music training. I completed a Bachelor's Degree in Music before earning a PhD in Piano Interpretation and Pedagogy. During the last 13 years, I have helped students strengthen musical confidence through supportive teaching and structured practice methods.
I believe every learner deserves lessons that feel adaptable and encouraging according to their goals and confidence level. Some students improve through technical exercises and repetition, while others respond better to creativity and expressive interpretation. My teaching style focuses on patience, positivity, and balanced musical growth.
Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging piano compositions, studying classical works, and exploring modern keyboard styles. Staying connected to music helps me bring fresh ideas into lessons. Teaching piano is rewarding because I enjoy helping students express themselves confidently through music.

My piano lessons focus on helping students build technical confidence while developing creativity and musical understanding. I teach note reading, rhythm training, scales, hand coordination, chord progressions, dynamics, and expressive phrasing through structured activities that make learning clear and enjoyable. Lessons are encouraging, interactive, and designed for steady improvement.
Beginners strengthen their foundations through simple melodies, rhythm exercises, and coordination drills that gradually improve keyboard control. Intermediate learners work on timing accuracy, expressive playing, and accompaniment techniques through guided repertoire and technical practice. Advanced students focus on artistic interpretation, advanced performance preparation, and deeper musical expression through detailed musical study.
I encourage students to connect emotionally with music instead of focusing only on technical perfection. Lessons support creativity, patience, and confidence while helping learners improve comfortably. My goal is to help students become expressive, relaxed, and confident piano players.
