About Zulma
Total mastery of the keyboard requires years of dedicated focus. I have taught 426 students over 13 years.
My teaching stems from my degree at the National University of Singapore. I specialize in hand independence and precise pedaling technique.
Proper posture and hand position form the bedrock of my instruction. I integrate accompaniment skills to broaden your musical horizons. Dynamics and expression are key to my style. I enjoy seeing students connect with their music.

Stiff fingers often prevent players from achieving fluid movement across the keys. I have helped countless beginners overcome this hurdle during my 13 years of teaching. Being a graduate of the National University of Singapore informs my technical approach to the piano. We look at how weight distribution affects the tone you produce in every single measure.
Students often find that small shifts in their wrist posture solve long standing issues with speed. I prefer to keep our practice sessions grounded in the music you want to learn.
