About Hazel
Hi, I’m Hazel — a dedicated piano teacher who believes that learning music should be both meaningful and encouraging. I started teaching because I’ve seen how powerful music education can be in shaping confidence, focus, and self-expression in young people.
My goal is not just to help students pass exams, but to guide them in truly understanding music and enjoying the learning process. I create a calm, supportive space where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and growing at their own pace. Watching my students become more confident — both at the piano and in themselves — is what makes teaching so fulfilling to me.
