About Daniela
I am a piano tutor with over 9 years of experience teaching college students, helping them build technical skills and musical expression. My teaching approach is student-centered and adaptable, ensuring lessons suit each learner’s pace and goals. I emphasize proper technique, sight-reading, rhythm, and music theory while using creative methods such as improvisation exercises, composition projects, and modern music arrangements.

My approach to teaching piano is student-centered, creative, and structured. I aim to help students enjoy learning while developing strong technical and musical skills.

As a mentor and critical thinker, I guide students to understand rhythm, finger technique, scales, chords, and musical expression in simple terms. Students learn to analyze their playing and improve steadily.
Accountability is emphasized through goal setting, structured practice routines, and regular progress reviews. This helps students stay disciplined, consistent, and confident.
Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm skills, keyboard basics, and simple composition to support comprehensive musical growth.
