About Ashley
I am a graduate student studying philosophy at Columbia. Piano has been my passion since I was six years old, and I continue to play on my full size keyboard at my apartment. I love teaching and want to make sure that the lessons are tailored to each individual. This includes pieces that we practice, which could range from classical to contemporary.

I focus on technique to equip piano students with the best skills necessary to learn pieces on their own! This includes how to use the pedal, developing finger strength to play a variety of notes, and how to read sheet music.
