I hold an M.Mus in Piano Performance and Music Education and have 8 years of experience teaching piano to learners of all ages and abilities. My teaching philosophy emphasizes combining technical precision with musical expression, cultivating well-rounded pianists. I create a supportive environment that encourages experimentation, creative exploration, and personal expression while maintaining solid technical foundations. Lessons include scales, exercises, repertoire, sight-reading, improvisation, duet work, and performance practice. Lesson progression is tailored to each skill level. Beginners focus on posture, finger exercises, note reading, simple rhythms, and basic repertoire.
