About Janelle
My passion for teaching began with ballet, and continues today with Pilates mat work. I love helping others achieve higher levels of health and happiness through improving their physical state. I believe in the foundations of Pilates and Ballet, and the benefits of understanding how your body moves, in order to achieve your fitness goals. There are no shortcuts for health, but a lifetime of benefits for taking care of yourself!

Improve your core posture and strength with one on one instruction, tailored for your needs and level. I specialize in basic Pilates mat fundamentals, and core classical ballet technique. I have over 30 years of teaching experience. My additional background in anatomy and medical assisting improves my ability to help you with your goals, be it core strength training, or improvement in ballet technique. Lessons can be created for individual needs and levels.
