I am physiotherapist from Colombia with certification in pilates in Australia. I teach pilates mat and Reformer. More than 5 years of experience as a Pilates instructor. My passion for anatomy and exercise help to achieve wellness goals.
My focus is on analize physical conditions and program a good session of exercise to help them to feel released and nice with their bodies.
